This week, I’ve been busy preparing for the Art in the Park event at Parksville’s Beach Festival. Over 40 local artists and artisans will be displaying their work in the beautiful beachside community park…and I will be one of them!
Under a festive white tent, I will be showing original watercolour paintings, handcrafted jewellery, home grown and blended herbal teas, crystal sun catchers, art cards and more.
Getting ready for an event of this size has been a huge amount of work, and I have had to design and create a portable shop experience from the ground up. I’m so excited about the results, though! And the great thing about it is that I will now have a dedicated setup available to take on the road for art shows, markets and special events.
